Deeds Office – Mpumalanga

The Mpumalanga Deeds Office, in Mbombela, is the deeds registry for the Mpumalanga province: the Lowveld, the Highveld coalfields, the Panorama Route towns and the escarpment. Mbombela, eMalahleni, Middelburg, Secunda, Ermelo, Sabie and Hazyview are all registered here.

It is one of the newer registries. Property that changed hands long before the office opened may have its earlier deeds held in Pretoria, even though anything registered since is administered from Mbombela.

Certified copies from Mpumalanga
