The Vryburg Deeds Office is the smallest of the eleven South African deeds registries. It registers property in part of the North West province — the Vryburg district and the surrounding areas of what was administered separately before 1994. The rest of the North West is registered in Pretoria.

Certified copies

The Vryburg registry does not issue certified copies. Certified Title Deed copies (Section 66) and certified Marriage Contract copies (Section 67) are issued by the Cape Town, Pretoria, Johannesburg, Mpumalanga, Bloemfontein, Kimberley and Pietermaritzburg offices only.

For almost everything else, an informational copy is what you want and what you would have been given anyway.
